    Hi, my name is Lorraine and my middle daughter calls me ‘Flo’, why I am unsure but I quite like it and therefore called my pet Bulldog ‘Florence’! I have 4 children and 9 grandchildren (hoping we may eventually get a football team)! And 2 dogs, Florence I have already introduced and Boris, a French bulldog.

    I started the business while my children were in school. I am very proud of what I have achieved in my life and I feel that my strengths and passion for what I do come from my experiences in life (good and bad). Life is a lesson and every day we learn something new. Remember making mistakes is not a bad thing, it’s a way of learning as we learn by our mistakes and this helps us create a stronger path forward.

    I have a passion for training and nothing gives me greater satisfaction when a learner achieves their goals and progresses in life, whether this be personal goals or career goals. I love to inspire and nurture and see people grow from seedlings into beautiful flowers.

    Hi I’m Sarah.  I’m am one of the longest members of the Davidson team – after starting back in 2001 as an assessor and then, after having my daughter, moving into joining the office team in 2005.   My husband is a chef (that never cooks at home) and I have two beautiful children.  After growing up on a farm makes me a farmer’s daughter and can mean that I often go home from our offices in Essex to chasing cows in my wellies, two very different lives!!

    As well as enjoying spending time with my family I try to get to the gym 3 times a week and have “me” time.

    Hi my name is Joanne and I’m 28 years old. I have worked at Davidson training for 10 years now. When I left school I trained as a hairdresser and I still like to do this in my spare time. I work in the office part time as a Quality Assurer. I check all your enrolments that come in and make sure everything is completed as it should be and enter your qualifications onto the database, as well as the usual office duties.

    I’ve been married to my lovely husband for 6 years and have 3 children who I totally adore! I grew up in Kent but now live in Sunny Essex!!

    Hi my name is Gemma, I am office based and work with a great team. When our new learners are submitted they come through to myself to be uploaded on to the system, it may be me who is the first person you talk to start your qualification when I call to book you in your enrolment. I also work with Brooke preparing all learners paperwork and portfolios ready for the Trainer/Assessors. I also monitor visits to ensure they are being made frequently with our learners and liaise with other staff if there are any problems. I also complete the Payroll and accounts. I like to bring a bit of fun to work! I love working here, is like an extended family, and just so happens the Managing Director is my mum When I’m not working I love spending time with my family & friends. Holidays in the sun, shopping, cinema, eating out and fun days out with my beautiful children and lovely husband.

    Hello, my name is Mandy! 

    A bit about me.... I am a loyal, dedicated and determined individual who will always put her heart and soul into what I do. I was born and brought up in the town of Bexleyheath and have now worked at Davidson training for 8 years. I love and enjoy my role as an Internal Quality Assurer which involves supporting our trainer assessors to develop to their full potential and deliver quality training for our learners. I regularly go out on support visits so there is a good chance I will get to meet you soon!

    Hi my name is Phil, I have been with Davidson Training for 4 years now.

    I became an assessor after growing out of retail and finding an opportunity to share the experience I had gained through managing both flagship and small menswear stores. I really enjoy meeting new people and can't begin to list the amount of different characteristics of learners that I have encountered which has taught me so much about many cultures we see in London and the UK.

    I got married last year (I know! What was she thinking?!) and I live in Kent. It's a nice quiet place, I love how my work takes me to a real mix of places, I love exploring so going to new locations is definitely a fun part of the job but it's nice to retreat back to the calm after the storm of a busy London day. In the office I get to see the rest of the team regularly and have good friendships there which I value highly.

    Hi, my name’s Anne-Marie – I’ve been a trainer/assessor with Davidson Training since 2012.

    I have a background in retail - in fact I was a completing a Customer Service qualification with Davidson Training before I was offered the job here, and it has been a great experience. I love all the travelling, being able to visit new places and meeting everyone.

    I enjoy travelling – currently, it’s my travel goal to visit all the states in America – and have even had the opportunity to travel around China. I love seeing and experiencing different cultures and hope to visit more countries in the future.

    My name is Chloe Gibbins I have been with DTUK for a number of years. I am currently a part time Trainer/Assessor. Before I became working at Davidson Training, I spent a number of years working in retail in a variety of positions with some recognised brands. I believe that my experience in retail helps me as an assessor and I am willing to work hard with you to help you achieve. I enjoy delivering merchandising training to help achieve and promote sales.

    I am proud to say I have helped train employees to achieve promotions in their jobs and further their careers. I enjoy getting to know my learners and if you become my learner I look forward to meeting you soon.
