  • Lorraine

    Bunyard

    Managing Director

Hi, my name is Lorraine and my middle daughter calls me ‘Flo’, why I am unsure but I quite like it and therefore called my pet Bulldog ‘Florence’! I have 4 children and 9 grandchildren (hoping we may eventually get a football team)! And 2 dogs, Florence I have already introduced and Boris, a French bulldog.

I started the business while my children were in school. I am very proud of what I have achieved in my life and I feel that my strengths and passion for what I do come from my experiences in life (good and bad). Life is a lesson and every day we learn something new. Remember making mistakes is not a bad thing, it’s a way of learning as we learn by our mistakes and this helps us create a stronger path forward.

I have a passion for training and nothing gives me greater satisfaction when a learner achieves their goals and progresses in life, whether this be personal goals or career goals. I love to inspire and nurture and see people grow from seedlings into beautiful flowers.

  • Sarah

    Collins

    Training and Operations Manager

Hi I’m Sarah.  I’m am one of the longest members of the Davidson team – after starting back in 2001 as an assessor and then, after having my daughter, moving into joining the office team in 2005.   My husband is a chef (that never cooks at home) and I have two beautiful children.  After growing up on a farm makes me a farmer’s daughter and can mean that I often go home from our offices in Essex to chasing cows in my wellies, two very different lives!!

As well as enjoying spending time with my family I try to get to the gym 3 times a week and have “me” time.

  • Joanne

I work in the office part time as a Quality Assurer. I check all your enrolments that come in and make sure everything is completed as it should be and enter your qualifications onto the database, as well as the usual office duties.

I’ve been married to my lovely husband for 6 years and have 3 children who I totally adore! I grew up in Kent but now live in Sunny Essex!!

  • Gemma

    Barr

    QA Co ordinator

Hi my name is Gemma, I am office based and work with a great team. When our new learners are submitted they come through to myself to be uploaded on to the system, it may be me who is the first person you talk to start your qualification when I call to book you in your enrolment. I also work with Brooke preparing all learners paperwork and portfolios ready for the Trainer/Assessors. I also monitor visits to ensure they are being made frequently with our learners and liaise with other staff if there are any problems. I also complete the Payroll and accounts. I like to bring a bit of fun to work! I love working here, is like an extended family, and just so happens the Managing Director is my mum When I’m not working I love spending time with my family & friends. Holidays in the sun, shopping, cinema, eating out and fun days out with my beautiful children and lovely husband.

Look forward to speaking with you in the near future!!

  • Sarah

    Tillett

    Trainer/Assessor

My name is Sarah, before joining Davidson Training UK Limited I was a learner myself, I took the Team Leading Diploma to help develop the skills and knowledge to progress in my role as a manager. I loved that I could "learn and earn" at the same time.

To help coach and develop others has always been a huge passion of mine, and now as a Trainer/Assessor I'm able to do this full-time within a fantastic, supportive company that share the same values about delivering opportunities and helping others grow.

  • Dinah

    Falconer

    Trainer/Assessor

Hello everyone, my name is Dinah and I'm 26 years old and live in London. So, a bit about me. I am a very happy go lucky person. I always try to see the best in everything I do in life and focus on the positives as opposed to the negatives.

I'm a very bubbly person and am always laughing, smiling or giggling. I enjoy my job working as Trainer/Assessor and always have and always will have really good relationships with my learners.

  • Julia

    Edwards

    Trainer/Assessor

Coming from a background in hospitality I had gained experience in a variety of areas from administration to customer service to management. Along the way I developed a passion for training my teams. I always wanted them to be the best they could be and I hoped along the way I instilled valuable skills which they would go on to use in their chosen careers. My passion for training people, sharing my experiences and understanding the importance of having a good foundation of skills led me to Davidson Training UK Ltd, a company who matched my passion. I am an enthusiastic trainer who likes to see my learners flourish. I try to make my training fun yet practical and hope along the way my learners gain overall awareness and understanding in their chosen subject.

In my personal life I'm lucky to have a supportive and loving husband, an amazing family and fab set of friends who I focus my time and attention on and not forgetting my little pup Ralphie. Apart from that I have a slight Disney obsession, who doesn't want to be a Disney Princess?

If you are about to start a course with us I wish you all the best and if I'm you assessor, I can't wait to meet you to get started!

  • Phil

    Jackson

    Trainer/Assessor

Hi my name is Phil, I have been with Davidson Training for 4 years now.

I became an assessor after growing out of retail and finding an opportunity to share the experience I had gained through managing both flagship and small menswear stores. I really enjoy meeting new people and can't begin to list the amount of different characteristics of learners that I have encountered which has taught me so much about many cultures we see in London and the UK.

I got married last year (I know! What was she thinking?!) and I live in Kent. It's a nice quiet place, I love how my work takes me to a real mix of places, I love exploring so going to new locations is definitely a fun part of the job but it's nice to retreat back to the calm after the storm of a busy London day. In the office I get to see the rest of the team regularly and have good friendships there which I value highly.
